Fundraisers
Daffin's Candies is excited to provide online fundraising that allows for online sales to support your organization with the option to have your order shipped directly! This is a great way for out-of-town friends and family to support your local organization.
How it Works
Ordering online to support your organization is as simple as…
- Buyers will enter a token provided to you by your seller or click on the hyperlink sent via email!
- Start shopping and select if you wish to have your items shipped, delivered, or picked up.
Sellers:
- A chairperson from your school or organization will be in charge of setting up your fundraiser.
- Students will need to register if it is the first-time participating with Daffin's
- Register HERE
- Enter a customer code - hit LOOKUP
- An email will be sent to verify the account.
- Verify account through email by clicking link.
- Once in the system, add your email and identifying information.
- Account profile will provide the seller a TOKEN. It can be found under the tools tab.
- Here is where you can copy and paste or automatically email a link to family and friends so they can order on your behalf.
Return Sellers:
- No need to re-register, simply click the “Log-In” and you will be able to log in with your account credentials (email / password)
- If you forgot your password, simply click “forgot password” and reset it.
- Again, share your token with your family and friends on all future fundraisers your organization is participating in.
At any time during a sale, the seller will be able to log into account to see orders placed on their behalf. Simply go to the person icon in the upper right corner of the site or click on “Return Sellers” Log-In on the home page.
It's that easy!
Important Information
FUNDRAISING TOKENS:
- Groups will be active for a limited time. When this time period expires, the fundraiser will be closed.
FUNDS:
- All online sales will be charged to your credit card at the time orders are placed.
SHIPPING / ORDER DISTRIBUTION:
- Orders will not ship until the fundraising sale is closed.
- Check with the seller or chairperson for dates.
- For shipment to areas of the country with higher temperatures, an option for a cold pack is available at check out.
- Seller distribution will take place following the close of the sale.
- Your seller/chairperson will communicate this information to you.
